Penn State vs Syracuse Predictions

This is not going to be a good week for the Orange.  Like a fat kid trying out for the basketball team, they will soon find that they would be better off quitting and making fun of someone else who sucks at something, rather than doing the sucking themselves.

Cuse’s offense sucks, their Defense sucks, and their punter has had a seasons worth of work crammed into the first two games.  They were whooped by perennial powerhouses Northwestern and Akron (are you picking up on my sarcasm?  Good, cause I am laying it on pretty thick) in their first two games, and it is going to get much worse for them when the Nitally Lions come to town.  I honestly think that if nobody put on the brakes, Penn State could put up 80 points on these guys.  Syracuse’s only saving grace is that they aren’t playing in front of 107,000 screaming Penn State fans at Beaver Stadium.  Rather, they will be playing in front of 50,000 screaming Penn State fans in the Carrier Dome.  Ok, Ok… 47,000 Penn State fans… I’m assuming there are at least 3,000 masochistic Syracuse fans out there that will get some sort of sick pleasure out of seeing their team beaten like a West Virginian wife who forgot it was her turn to do the dishes…

Ok I think you get the point.  It’s been said that Joe Pa still dislikes Syracuse from their old rivalry, and that he is looking to run up the score.  I don’t think the old man has it in him to do it, but even when they aren’t trying anymore, they will still score.

Penn State    62

Syracuse      10
